When you contact RJT for service, we may send you text messages related to your service request. This includes dispatch confirmations, driver ETA updates, repair status notifications, and service completion notices.
By providing your phone number when requesting service from RJT, you consent to receive these service-related text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies based on your service activity, typically one to five messages per service request.

We do NOT share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to provide you with the services you have requested.
