The Repair Process:

• RJT certified mechanics and autobody repair staff will conduct a thorough damage assessment and examine all the critical safety components of your vehicle,

• RJT will explain to you those areas of your vehicle that require repair, estimate the cost, and answer any questions you may have about the repair process,
  
• RJT will use the finest materials, the latest technologically advanced tools to repair your vehicle,
  
• RJT mechanics will provide the highest service skills to repair your vehicle,
  
• RJT will test drive your vehicle to ensure that all safety features are working properly before we allow you to drive it again and
  
• RJT works with and accepts most insurance company plans.

What Do I do if my insurance company wants me to go to their suggested repair shop?

Get as many as you like, the insurance company cannot demand any. Select a repair facility of your choice before you discuss the claim with your Insurance Company. Do not drive a damaged vehicle.

The Insurance Company has 6 days to inspect damage initially and 2 days to inspect any additional damages. You can require the insurance company to go to you for their inspection of damage. We suggest that you leave the vehicle at our facility, so that we may go over the damage with the insurance adjuster. Enabling your vehicle to be repaired the best way, not necessarily the cheapest way that the insurance company would like it to be.

The Insurance Company may attempt to steer you to one of their authorized repair shops. Beware these shops may have cut deals with that insurance company or agreed to attempt to sell you cheap aftermarket parts.

If your insurance company says our shop is not on their preferred list, it's because we are not on their list for a purpose. Their purpose is to save money, our purpose is to repair vehicles the way our professional technicians feel is best and to ASE, I-car or manufacturers specifications.
